1.Automated deployment framework with dedicated debugging demo scripts. Supports three firmware upgrade channels: targeted automatic installation via USB flash drive directory, OTA remote update, and wired USB flashing, optimized for factory assembly line production and after-sales remote maintenance.
2.Unique 10-digit serial number governance system with open read/write APIs and matching demo tools, enabling full device traceability and enterprise asset management.
3.Vehicle power supply interlock logic synced with ACC voltage signals: high ACC voltage triggers instant wake-up, low ACC voltage initiates deep sleep, delivering millisecond fast boot speeds and minimizing drain on vehicle batteries.
The communication software stack is natively optimized for IoT deployments. It features pre-encapsulated APIs to pull carrier metadata, SIM card IDs, cellular signal strength and device unique identifiers for seamless cloud platform integration with zero secondary development required. Visual customization tools for input methods, time zones and boot animations drastically cut engineering modification costs for client projects.
A split mainboard + high-precision positioning subboard hardware layout eliminates radio frequency crosstalk interference.
•Main Controller: Leverages mature MediaTek automotive-grade platforms MT8768 / MT6762, balancing low power draw and robust RF stability, with flexible expandable storage to support tiered pricing for high/low-spec project variants.
•Positioning Module: Active-standby redundant configuration. Pre-mounted commercial high-precision positioning chips paired with spare solder pads on the mainboard, balancing cost efficiency and premium positioning performance requirements.
•Multi-Constellation Satellite Navigation: Compatibility with global satellite systems removes dead zones encountered with single-system positioning solutions.
Human-machine interaction hardware engineered for bright direct sunlight inside vehicles:
•10.1-inch 1280*800 industrial display with ≥750 nits peak brightness for clear visibility under midday direct sunlight;
•Optimized capacitive touch algorithm natively supporting wet-hand and glove touch operation, ideal for drivers wearing work gloves;
•Integrated 3W onboard speaker calibrated to 103dB ±2dB output, balancing crisp audio playback and background noise suppression to avoid audio masking by vehicle operational noise.

All interfaces are structured into three layers: vehicle onboard bus, peripheral expansion ports, external wiring terminals, uniformly packaged with standardized 26-pin Do-26pzz mass-production terminals from Eastern European manufacturers, matching mainstream automotive wiring harness manufacturing workflows.
•Core Automotive Bus: Full CAN, RS485 and RS232 industrial protocol support for bidirectional vehicle chassis data communication;
•Imaging Peripherals: Multi-channel AHD analog camera input for low-cost onboard video surveillance;
•Reserved Debug Ports: Ethernet and GPIO headers reserved for future autonomous driving accessory hardware and peripheral expansion integration;
•External TNC RF Connectors: Segmented dedicated ports for positioning and radio modules to isolate RF signal interference and preserve positioning accuracy.
